2. What data I collect
When you submit the contact form, I collect the information you provide: name, email address, company name (optional), website (optional), service interest, budget range, and your message.
3. Why I collect it
I use your data solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential collaboration. I may contact you by email or phone to follow up on your request. I do not send marketing emails or newsletters.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) given when you submit the contact form, and on my legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
5. Data sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Form submissions may be processed through a third-party form service (e.g. Formspree) for delivery purposes only.
6. Data retention
I retain your inquiry data for up to 12 months after our last communication, after which it is deleted.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also withdraw consent or request data portability. Contact me at kontakt@marcusvolsted.dk to exercise these rights.
